And if the answer is yes, why do we drag so much in what concerns concrete actions?
Is there, abroad, nationals, willing to join a task force, still to be created, in order to move the country away from the total dependency of oil imports?
IN THE MEANWHILE LET US KEEP AN EYE, AT LEAST, PARTIALLY OPEN UPON THE SUBJECT.
